Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for a full refund 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Returns requested after the 30 day window, will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please note that all sales are final when a custom monogram is applied.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item meets these specified parameters, and you wish to make a return, please Contact Us including details of your order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If returning the item from outside the EU, please make sure that you do not declare a commercial value of over £15 or you may be liable for customs and duties charges. Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products will vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund 7 business days from the date we contacted you, please contact us.
We offer a 365 day guarantee on items against defects, and will replace any defective item with the same item for no cost.
